Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

If we’re slammed, give us a little extra time. We’d rather do it right than rush it out half-assed.

Shipping Time

Once it leaves our hands, shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You’ll get tracking as soon as it ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. No surprises.

What you see is what it costs to get it to your door.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once it’s in the carrier’s hands, it’s out of ours. But if something goes sideways, reach out and we’ll help however we can.


Returns & Exchanges

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

If you ordered the wrong size or just changed your mind, you’ve got 14 days from delivery to contact us.

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility for size or color issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we messed up, we’ll make it right. No debate.

Email us with a photo and your order number, and we’ll take care of it.

Non-Returnable

Items that have been worn, washed, or beat up in the garage aren’t eligible for return.

These are built tough—but they’re not rentals.
