By submitting your vehicle build to builtnotbought.org you agree to the following:
- You are 18 years or older and you are the owner of the vehicle being submitted.
- You own all photos, video, and text you submit, or you have written permission from the photographer or owner to submit them.
- You grant BNBMedia LLC, doing business as Built Not Bought and builtnotbought.org, a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, crop, publish, and distribute your submission (including photos, build story, vehicle year/make/model, owner name, and Instagram handle) on builtnotbought.org, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- BNBMedia LLC may edit your story for clarity, length, or formatting and may approve, reject, or remove any submission at our sole discretion.
- You will not submit photos containing other people who have not consented, visible license plates you do not have permission to publish, or copyrighted music, logos, or material you do not own.
- Your submission will be stored securely on our private servers and cloud storage systems.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BNBMedia LLC and builtnotbought.org from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submission.
